Sabicos Moreto

ROSÉ

Like a butterfly, this Rosé Moreto is born from a delicate transformation. With an intense colour and a light soul, it unfolds in layers of gentle aromas and unexpected freshness. A brief flight — yet unforgettable.

Produced exclusively from the Moreto grape, this rosé originates from Quinta do Tomilho, in Aldeias de Montoito, within the Reguengos sub-region of Alentejo. The grapes were harvested on September 11th, 2024, under the warm Mediterranean sun that defines this unique terroir.

The direct pressing of the grapes and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 12 °C for 15 days created a wine of authenticity and balance, later aged for six months in a bottle. The result is a limited edition of just 950 hand-numbered bottles — a rare and artisanal rosé.
