Alicante Bouschet

RED

It is a wine that expresses the strength and depth of the Alentejo, made exclusively from this grape variety. It comes from the vineyards of Quinta do Tomilho and Moinho de Vento, rooted in red limestone soils and shaped by the warm, dry Mediterranean climate that characterises the Reguengos sub-region.

It was aged for ten months in 225 L French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle, where it gained balance, elegance and complexity.

Sabicos Alicante Bouschet is a limited production of 3,800 numbered bottles, crafted with the precision and passion that define the work of Casa de Sabicos — a wine for those who appreciate authenticity, depth, and the true spirit of the Alentejo.
