RED

Alcatruz is a wine with a traditional Alentejo profile. It is a blend of Trincadeira 35%), Aragonez (35%), Castelão (10%), Alfrocheiro (10%) and Touriga Nacional (10%) grapes, harvested during the night in vineyards with red chalky soils.

The grapes are jointly fermented in conic steel vats with temperature control.

Alcatruz's label is the only one in the Casa de Sabicos wine portfolio with a watercolor painted not by the producer, Graça, but by her grandson Vasco when he was only 3 years old.
